MEET THE FOUNDERS LOU & RHONDA PIMBER
- With an extensive background in Financial Services, Real Estate and Public Speaking, Lou and Rhonda Pimber’s leadership and skill to teach others are superior. 30+ years as business owners has given them the backbone and tenacity to want to help others become money smart, business smart and book smart. They have been working with kids, teens and adults for over 15 years through various programs including their charity organization.
- Lou’s backround as an Army combat medic, his Police work as an undercover narcotics officer, his work on film and movies such as Breaking Bad and his recent mark as an Author of the book Breaking Badly has allowed him to be a key note speaker and leader on many levels across the nation. - Rhonda’s ability to inspire others through her zest for life as an entrepreneur has allowed her to own her own modeling agency, publish a magazine along with 25+ years in Real Estate has elevated her to new levels. Together they have created this program for children and adults of all ages.
- Together, Lou and Rhonda currently own and operate a Financial Firm with over 600 agents nationwide allowing them to coach and lead a power packed team.

- Stephani comes to us with a strong background in Financial Services as a licensed professional in the industry for 8+ years. She possesses contagious energy and has been working with kids, teens and adults for over 15 years through various programs including her company co-owned with her mother, called Bellezza Models. She has been an entrepreneur running businesses since the age of 18.
- Stephani's back round in executive management and team building boasts a powerful punch for Entrepreneur Lab's success.

MEET THE TRAINERS ANTONIO & ANDREA MCGOWAN
- Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, Trainers Andrea and Antonio McGowan are dynamic entrepreneurs and community leaders based in Tucson, Arizona. As the founders of Mouth of the South Salsa, a fast-growing gourmet salsa company, and active brokers of The Monsoon Team, part of PHP Agency and powered by Integrity Marketing Group, they bring real-world experience in both product-based and service-based entrepreneurship.
- Together, they’ve built successful brands from the ground up—balancing grassroots hustle, strategic marketing, and team leadership. Through their life insurance and financial literacy business, they’ve trained dozens of agents, helped families protect their legacies, and scaled their impact through duplication and mentorship.
- Their unique blend of street smarts, systems, and servant leadership makes them not only credible, but relatable trainers in the world of entrepreneurship. They’ve experienced the grind, grown through the setbacks, and now empower others to build wealth and purpose through ownership.

MEET THE TRAINERS JEREMIAH WHITE
- Jeremiah comes to us all the way from California, graduating from UC Santa Barbara in 2022 with an English Degree. He became an entrepreneur and started running his own businesses during his college term.
- Jeremiah is a licensed financial specialist and his energy is contagious! He is a prolific trainer, teacher, coach and mentor and he loves working with the kids of Entrepreneur Lab Jr.
